Emily has been with A Focused Touch Day Spa for 2 1/2 years! She graduated from Aveda in 2019. Emily loves to give personalized facials designed to nurture your skin and soothe your spirit in a cozy, welcoming setting. 

Ashley has been with A Focused Touch Day Spa for a year with 11 years of massage experience. She’s a graduate of Harrison College and is a native of Indianapolis. In her spare time, she loves to read and spend time outdoors.

​Sydney came to us in May of 2025. She is a licensed esthetician from New Palestine. She specializes in facials, waxing, lash lifts, brow laminations and spray tans. She would love to help you feel more confident in your own skin, while having a relaxing service.

Makenna joined our team in June of 2025 and is dedicated to helping you feel good on the inside and glow on the outside. She strives to create a calming and welcoming space where every client feels seen and cared for. 

AJ is the newest team member to join us! As a licensed Medical and Sports Massage Therapist and graduate of Indiana Wellness College, AJ brings a deep understanding of bodywork and a passion for helping others feel their best.Specializing in massage cupping for detox and muscle recovery, AJ tailors each session to meet your individual needs — whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain, recovering from workouts, or simply in need of stress reduction. Her approach combines advanced therapeutic techniques with the gentle energy of Reiki, creating a balanced, holistic healing experience.
